This page explains, in plain terms, what happens to the information you send us through the enquiry form on this site.
What we collect
Only what you type into the form: your name, your phone number, and if you choose to add them, your email, your suburb, a note about the house, and any photos or plans you attach. We don't ask for anything we don't need to arrange a measure and quote.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry and arrange a free in-home measure for your window coverings. The photos and notes you send help us understand the job before we visit, so the measure is quicker and more useful.
Who sees it
Your enquiry is used to service your request. To do that we may pass your details to a suitable local provider who carries out the measure, quote and installation. We don't sell your information, and we don't send you marketing you didn't ask for.
Keeping out the spam
The form uses an anti-spam check to tell real enquiries from automated ones, and it may include a Cloudflare verification step. It's there to protect the form, not to track you around the web. There are no analytics or advertising trackers on this site, no marketing cookies, and no newsletter list.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up. Any photos or plans you attach are stored privately, passed on only through expiring links, and kept only as long as they're useful to your enquiry, then removed.
Your choices
If you'd like to know what we hold about you, or want it removed, send a note through the enquiry form and we'll sort it out.
