Rooms that go properly dark
Blockout for real sleep, with child-safe cordless where the kids are.
Whole-home window fit-outs
A new house isn't finished until the windows are. We fit out the lot in one considered pass, every window counted, every room given the covering its job actually needs.
The way we think about a house
The builder hands over a schedule for every window. Nobody hands over a plan for covering them, or the order to do it in. That is the job we do.
Out in Aberglasslyn, Gillieston Heights, Chisholm and the newer Rutherford streets, a house is handed over with bare glass in every room. No privacy after dark, bedrooms that won't go dark for the kids, an open-plan rear that bakes by mid-morning.
So we don't sell you a blind. We walk the house once, count the windows, and work out which rooms need doing before the first night and which can follow, and why. A whole home, made to measure, in a sensible order.
The order of works
You don't have to do the whole house at once. We start with the rooms that make the first night livable, and the ones the street can see into.
We go room to room, count every window and note the job each one has to do: block out, privacy, light, heat, moisture.
Kids' bedrooms, bathrooms and the street-facing front come first. Living, study and the back rooms can follow if budget says stage it.
Every covering is made to measure for its window. We put the whole schedule in writing so nothing gets missed.
Room by room
We organise a house by the job a window has, not by a product catalogue. Same range everyone else carries, chosen to fit the room.

Blockout for real sleep, with child-safe cordless where the kids are.

Moisture-suitable privacy blinds, and layered sheers where the street sits close.

Light-filter rollers or sheers that keep the view and take the heat off.

Verticals or a wide roller that clears the door and settles the afternoon sun.
The signature tool
Add the rooms in your house and watch them sort themselves: the windows to cover before your first night rise to the top, the rest queue behind, each with a covering direction.
It costs nothing and commits you to nothing. Print it, or bring it to your free measure so we're both starting from the same list. No prices, no pressure, just the right order.
Where we fit out
From the new streets on the higher ground, Aberglasslyn, Chisholm, Gillieston Heights, Ashtonfield and the Rutherford estates, to the older river-flat homes in Maitland, Lorn and Morpeth. New builds and established homes both.
One measure, the whole house
Tell us the house and where you're up to. We'll come and measure, room by room, and put the whole house in writing, no cost and no pressure to decide on the day.
